CDF does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
You may also unsubscribe from optional communications using the instructions included in those communications.
9. Photos, Captions & People Tags
Gallery contributors provide a name and email so the CDF team can review a submission and contact them about it. The email address is never displayed in the public gallery.
Submitted photos, captions, and people tags remain private while awaiting review. A person’s name appears publicly only when an administrator approves the photo and its tags. Tag search is available only to signed-in approved hosts and administrators; it does not create a public people directory.
Submitters must have permission to share the image and identify the people pictured. CDF may reject or remove any submission, caption, or tag. Contact CDF to request correction or removal of a published photo or name.
Uploaded images are prepared in the browser before transfer, which removes embedded camera metadata such as location details. Gallery files and records are kept in the same isolated development, staging, or production environment that received them.
10. External Websites & Services
The website may link to external websites and services that CDF does not control. Their information practices are governed by their own terms and notices.
11. Updates to This Notice
