Choose a topic, then open any section for the detail.
Three principles shape every engagement, whoever we are working with.
Before any solution is discussed, we spend time understanding the situation as the people inside it experience it: what has been tried, what constraints exist, and what a good outcome would actually look like.
- Define the problem in the words of the people affected
- Agree what success looks like before choosing an approach
- Name the constraints early: time, budget, capacity, data
